Screen Problem - Contrast too bright

My GIT2 has been working fine but earlier this week the display went very bright and I can now barely see what is going on.

I thought it might be software issue so I updated the firmware but I still have the same issue.

The camera appears to be working normally aside from this issue.

Is there a known fix for this?

Have you solved the problem, try to update the loader first, then upgrade firmware. Sometime this is caused by firmware, not the LCD screen problem.

No this has not solved the problem. I have updated the loader and the firmware but makes no difference. I received an email from Bill Zhou at GitUp saying I need a new screen and they would send one out but nobody is responding to my email and I have not received anything?

Yes, you can open it to check the screen connection first.
If you can not solve it, we will send a screen replacement to you soon.
You can find disassemble video on Youtube, it is very easy to disassemble/assemble the Git2.
