Hello everyone,
I bought a Gitup 2P (panasonic processor) and a Samsung Evo+ (64gb)

Here is my problem:
The camera works fine, the files are on the camera, everything is ok.
So I put the sd card on my iMac and there's NOTHING.
I put again the sd on the camera, no video.

It seems the camera deletes the video anytime I turn it off.

I tried everything:
format the card from the camera, format from the mac with the utility tool (to fat-32)
and even download the new firmware.
I don't know how to do, please help me.

Thank you so much

what happens if youplug camera in to mac using cable and setting camera to storage mode. therby making camera a usb card reader

also what happens ifturn off camera, unplug battery etc,put card backin and turn on without plugging card in to mac

I suspect mac as causing the isue

I tried as you told me and it works!
But how can I do if anytime I turn off the camera, it deletes everything?

Edit: I turned off the camer after doing this and there's still the problem, it says "No file"

ok,so if you plug in to mac you can transfer via usb, but if you turn camera off and on, you cant.
Very odd...

Yes, the camera (I think) removes everything by turning off.
How can I do?

I bought it a month ago, never tried before because I hadn't the card yet.
It's new!
I tried even with a samsung 32gb evo normal, nothing

I can't go back, it passed a month..

By the way, are there maybe some settings wrong that are making problems?

contact gitup directly, they may be able to help.
try formating the 32gb in the cameraand try on that...
or format the 32 as fat via mac
