some problem that i face

1- I can't pair the remote !! I did like what's written in the manual ( hold the 2 buttons ) but nothing happened on the camera . And the lights on the remote don't switch off !!

2- when I shooting video on the sun light there is rainbow colors on the video. How can i prevent that ?

3- what is the difference between 50HZ frequency and the 60Hz ?

You need to replace the battery, it's low on power and it's not working properly.

With or without the waterproof lens. Lens flare is normal when the sun hits the lens in bad angles. It happens to all optical devices.

3- what is the difference between 50HZ frequency and the 60Hz ?

It's related to the light and AC source in your region to avoid flickering lights. For Europe you have 50Hz, for USA you have 60Hz
