My new dash has been temperamental at best, but today the silly thing wouldn't power on when the car was started, and when i was leaving the shopping centre hours later it also didnt turn on (that is, to power on with the jingle - i always check to see the red recording dot and that both cameras are positioned properly before taking off). I noticed the two red lights were on, but if i pressed any buttons nothing powered on or off so i just drove home and hoped for the best that it was recording.
Checked the dash just now and none of the drive home was recorded.
Whats going on? The unit is fairly new, has been updated, has a large SD card, is hardwired. Im at a loss! Weather? Im in Australia and it has been hot lately.
Edit ; also the camera saves so many RO files, it is constantly triggering the G sensor (its currently set up on Low sensitivity during driving) Any tips on how i can fix my set up?
