TV out did not work

I was bought A129 Pro Duo since 16 May,2020 and I want to connect monitor on TV out with A129 but there is no signal on monitor. When I disconnect the 3.5mm jack, the screen will upside down and it can not set up to normal view. I must restart camera then the screen come back to normal view. I have try two types of cable but it does not work. The first cable which I try has only yellow head and it work for existing dashcam. The second cable which I try has three head but it does not work, too. Did my camera is broken? Did anyone try it?

I know we talked about getting video cable for this unit but no real info on what we can use - so I will ask: Can you either give us good info on what can we use it or make us a video cable/cord and sell it to us for some decent price? I have 10" screen stereo which I would like to connect my...

I have tried video out before, from my experience only video, no audio, and yes, sometimes the screen will flip but reverts after a restart.
Don't use cables meant for iPods, apple has a different wiring layout, even though from the outside they look identical.
