Unable to connect to A129 Pro Duo Wifi

Hi, I've turned on wifi on the A129 dashcam but am unable to discover it via my cellphone. What are the next steps?

May I know what's the current firmware version in the dashcam?

Could you share the serial number of the dashcam? You can find it on the front cam's back when you slide it out of the GPS mount.

Im having so much trouble finding the serial number

Judging by the installed version it is new.
Serial number between gps and camera. You can remove the gps module by pulling it to the right.

I did a restart on my phone and and to power off then on my 129 dashcam to see the dashcam in my phone settings
