Viofo App misidentifying hardware

I have a A129 duo. Using the app it appears to be the A129 IR duo from the setting menu. On the actual camera the settings are proper for the regular A129 duo. The app worked fine at first. I have reinstalled the app and no change. I have also downloaded and reinstalled the V2.1 firmware for the camera. No change. Any ideas?

Hello,

Please check if the app needs to be updated and the serial number of the dashcam.

How to know the serial number?
Slide down the GPS module, you can see the serial number on the back of the main unit.

If the app is the latest version and the serial number indicates it's the A129 Duo, not the A129 IR Duo, please try updating the V2.2 firmware of the A129 Duo.
