Exmor R technology is a back-Illuminated pixel architecture for higher quantum efficiency and can achieve low noisy.
STARVIS is a designation for sensors within the Exmor R family that achieve a sensitivity. The exceptional sensitivity of these devices makes them ideal for security, surveillance, and other low-light applications.
Both Exmor R and STARVIS sensors perform very well in low-light conditions.

A129 and A119S use the same image sensor Sony IMX291. So no difference when comes to the image sensor.
The differences are: A129 Duo support rear camea, WiFi and Bluetooth remote while A119S do not support.
