My new GIT2: some questions, suggestions and bugs.

The focus distance of my Git2 is around 2-3 meters instead of the 80 cm - 1m. It's normal to appear out of focus if you look at the near asphalt and sidewalk. Also it's a 170 degree angle lens so a lot of fish eye distortion is normal. Keep in mind that this is also 720p and compressed by YouTube which doesn't have 120fps, only 60fps and uses the compression bit rate of a normal 30fps video.

Is there chance to better future ? Video quality in all resolutions ? I have more videos from sjcam, and there when i change ressolution i rly see big different, what i cant talk about git2 noise and dust.

Firmware v1.4 is coming!!!
The changelog looks very interesting, solving a big numbers of issues that I reported in first comment:

does anyone know why my videos in 720p/120fps look totally awful when played in slow motion(looks like 5 fps)?

if i use 1080p and 60fps it works fine however.

High frame rate (60,120,240) need very good light, if the illumination is poor the camera will drop to 30 fps. If you use slow motion video it will make 30 fps / 4= 7.5 fps. Also be sure to have firmware 1.4.

This camera is verry bad , bad colors , grainy in low light ,with a lot of hot pixels i think, and the movies look like is a 6mp sensor, allmost same quality as my verry old sj4000 . Sad , just sad ....i don`t understand why evreybody is telling is a good cam ,and that is the best... if i download some footage sj5000x looks way better, same as firefly 6s ( i got one and kick`s git2 ass ) . As much as i want to love this cam i simply can`t ....hope it will solve the problems soon .
