White Screen problem

Hi,

I've just un packed my GitUP Git2 camera and recorded a few videos.
Afterwards I connected the USB to see the videos and charge he battery.
When I came back the screen was completely white.
I safely disconnected the USB from my PC (running Ubuntu) and now I the screen stays completly white at all all the time.

What's the problem?

It's bad start...

Can you still power on the camera and record video?
Can you try to reflash the V1.2 firmware?

I have the same problem on my new Git 1 it powers on just a white screen and to answer user gitup yes it still records.

I have the same problem on my Git2. I was told by GitUp that the screen is broken and they would send me a new one. This was over 2 months ago and despite 3 further emails I have had no response. This is obviously a well known problem as I've seen at least 4 or 5 of these posts now. I'm now sending the camera back for a refund.

Have you tried to pm him on here ? I have always had nothing but quick and efficient service from Gitup.
