Yes, but would likely need a power source to avoid battery drain,

Thanks.

I downloaded 2 pictures using fn cam to my samsung galaxy s4 phone, and I can't find them on the phone. Where can I find these 2 pictures?

What app did you use? FinalCam couldn't find my Git2 camera, but FN Cam works OK. It stores pics and videos in internal memory, DCIM/FNCam folder on my Xiaomi Redmi Note 2

I used FN cam, and I found the pictures in the same folder than you find them in your Xiaomi phone. Thanks your help

After posing the question, I found FinalCam to be the solution. Very useful, thanks.
I even had it up on my quadcopter that's meant for a GoPro.
Have a look -

Hello!

Just received my gitup last week and downloaded Final Cam (as they suggest) and FM Cam (as I read on this forum), and I found out that both didn't work on my Oneplus One. I wasn't able to pair my phone with my Gitup.

After worrying if it was a failure of my gitup I tried to test it with another smarphone (xperia Z) and Final Cam worked perfectly so, I could see it was my smartphone fault...
So, my question is, will the Official Gitup APP cover this kind of issues? I'd like to be able to manage my Gitup through my smartphone...

Thanks in advance!

@Tom, you cant change password at present.
@Villance , can you connect to the access point of Gitup, on its own. not using an app just the android wifi settings. if you cant its a problem with the oneplus specificly, and the official gitup app when it arrives wont make any difference as it will still use the underlaying android wifi connections.

Damn... In fact, I've tried both options (via app and directly the gitup access point) and they give me same results. It apears like it is wifi connected but then, after opening the app, nothing happens.

Just one more question, when you pair your gitup with your smartphone, what kind of wifi icon apears on the top of your smartphone? The normal wifi icon, or the wifi icon with an exclamation mark? In my case it is with the exclamation mark =/

Thank you again :)

Thats correct as that indicates that there is no valid internet connection from the gitup ( but there is a network connection)
use find app to verify connection
vlc or tinycam can test streaming

In their app they say there is a button to turn wifi on/off. However, I can only find 3 buttons on the camera... ?
